1. Cette formation a été conçue par OSAC, son contenu et en particulier les éventuelles interprétations réglementaires qu’elle contiendrait n’engagent qu’OSAC.
2. Les MOOC sont diffusés pour l’unique usage des participants de cette formation.
OSAC conserve la propriété exclusive et intégrale des MOOC et de tous les éléments protégés au titre du droit d’auteur qui ont été créés ou utilisés pour leur conception et l’ingénierie. L’ensemble de textes et éléments de fond et de forme créés ou utilisés pour le MOOC ne pourront être réexploités que par OSAC et sous quelque support que ce soit.

- de représentation : le droit de communiquer au public par tous procédés de télécommunication, télédiffusion, télédistribution, télématique, par affichage publicitaire, exposition publique ou privée, projection publique ;
- de reproduction : le droit de fixer l’œuvre par imprimerie, photographie et tous procédés des arts graphiques, enregistrement cinématographique, vidéo, magnétique, optique, numérique, électronique,
- d’adaptation et de modification.
Et cela pour tous les pays et sans limitation d’étendue et de destination.
Les participants ne pourront se prévaloir d’un droit quelconque de propriété, même partiel, sur aucune partie du MOOC.
La reproduction ou l’utilisation de tout support de formation (copie, photocopie, enregistrement audio ou vidéo, système de sauvegarde), à titre commercial ou plus généralement pour la reprise à son compte ou celle d’une tierce personne, sans l’autorisation écrite préalable d’OSAC, est interdite.
1. This training course has been designed by OSAC. OSAC alone is responsible for the content and any possible interpretations of the regulation of this training course.
2. The MOOC is broadcast uniquely for use by the participants in this training course.
OSAC retains the exclusive and integral ownership of the MOOC and all the elements protected by copyright which have been created or used for their design and construction. All the texts and items, whether of substance or form, created or used by the MOOC cannot be reused by anyone other than OSAC, in any type of training materials whatsoever.
OSAC holds the exclusive copyright concerning:

- Reproduction : the right to binding the work by printing, photography and all graphic arts processes, film recording, video, magnetic, optical, digital and electronic processes.

The participants cannot claim any ownership rights whatsoever, even partial, to any part of the MOOC.
The reproduction or use of any training document (copy, photocopy, audio or video recordings, backup copies) for commercial use, or more generally for reworking for themselves, or for a third party, is forbidden without written permission from OSAC.
